As of August 21, 2023, UBC IT has been transitioned off of Teamviewer and onto BeyondTrust as the remote support software used by our support teams. To get remote support assistance, users will now be directed to the remote support website - https://remote.it.ubc.ca - where they can input their unique session key to enable a support session.

The time required for completing requests is directly proportional to the scale, priority and complexity of the request. Incidents and requests will be attended to as soon as possible. Due to high volumes, all incidents and requests will be prioritized accordingly in consideration of all criteria.
